The Relationship between Tei Index and Heart Failure

我们用Ｄｏｐｐｌｅｒ法测得一种指标，即从房室瓣血流及心室射血血流频谱中，求得Ｔｅｉｉｎｄｅｘ值（Ｔｅｉ值＝｛等容收缩期（ＩＣＴ）＋等容舒张期（ＩＲＴ）｝／心室射血时间（ＥＴ））、并与临床心功能对比，讨论该指标的意义。结果：该指数与心功能之间有一定关系。在人群间的重迭程度小，并且，指数与心率、二尖瓣返流程度无明显关系。

Obfective A kind of index can be measured by using Doppler,viz,the result of Tei index can be obtained by the blood flow spectrum of atrioventricular valve and ventricalar ejection.Methods: Tei index is obtained by the sum of isovolumetric relaxation time(IRT)and isovolumetric contraction time (ICT)/ejection time(ET) .Tei index contrast with heart function (NYHA)to study the significance of the index Result and Conclusion There is a relation between the index and NYHA,the index is definitely little overlap The index has no pelation with heart rate and the degrgee of mitral regurgitation.
