法律迄今尚无明文规定共同遗嘱,现实中有申请共同遗嘱公证的需求。故此,须对此问题进行法理分析和探究,明确共同遗嘱公证的主体和范围,对遗嘱的撤销、变更及生效亦须设置条件。

So far, our law has no clear provisons of the mutual will, while there exists the demand of the mutual will in practice. This paper hereby carries out a beneficial exploration to it, makes clear its notarial subject and scope, and builds the conditions of change, revocation and taking effect ofthe will.
