In America, the prison administration often follows the traditional approach, which is undoubtedly in- fluenced by various factors. As America is a federal country, there exist some differences in the superior design of government operation, which fully reflected in the administration management of prison, but at the same time, there is also some similar practice. Up to now, the prison management has become an industry, and has con- structed its own organization, which is the operation basis and practical performance of prison.
