教育改造的概念和理念--一个清理监狱学学术概念的尝试

On Definition and Concept of Re-education——An Attempt of Sorting out Penology Academic Concept

监狱学学术表达当中存在着概念混乱的情况，对同一概念也有不同的理解，这在一定程度上影响了学术交流的效率。通过对教育改造和罪犯教育这两个概念的比较，在此基础上对比分析教育改造的概念和理念，进而发现，学者在学术表达过程中应当努力做到“自明”，这样才能确保学术交流的有效性。

In the study of Penology, confusion often occurs in some concepts of the academic expression, even to the same concept, there also have different understandings, which, to a certain extent, affects the efficiency of the academic communication. Through comparing the concept of re-education and that of the criminal education and analyzing the definition and concept of re-education, the article points out that, in the process of expressing the academic concepts, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the academic communication, scholars should first have a clear idea of the concepts themselves.
