太和县农村公路危桥的成因与改造的探讨

Dangerous Bridges' Formation and Transformation of Rural Highway in Taihe County

结合太和县农村公路管养工作,尤其是道路与桥梁出现极不和谐的局面等问题,在分析太和县农村公路桥梁损坏原因的基础上,从分类规划、完善布局,整合资金、加大投入,明确责任、加强管理3方面对危桥改造进行思考和探索,以利于推动农村公路管养朝着科学化、规范化和制度化的目标迈进,从而彻底消除农村通达工程的瓶颈,加快社会主义新农村建设步伐,促进农村经济健康发展。

Combining the management and maintenance work of Taihe county rural roads especially with the discordant situation between roads and bridges, the paper explores the methods to transform the dangerous bridges based on the analysis of the damaged causes from the following aspects, plan classification, perfect layout, capital integration, increasing input, clarifying responsibilities, strengthening management so as to promote the management and maintenance work of rural roads to be scientific, standardized and institutionalized. It completely eliminates the bottleneck of rural accessibility work, speeds up the construction of new countryside and promotes the healthy development of the rural economy.
