人造血管旁路移植术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症

Artifical vessel bypass transplantation to treat arteriosclerotic occlusion of lower extremities.

目的 提高下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的治疗水平。方法 对 31例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症病人行解剖性旁路术 2 4例 ,解剖外旁路术 7例。结果 术后所有病人临床症状减轻或消失 ,肢体溃疡愈合。 4例病人术后 2～ 3个月行截肢术。结论 对于膝关节以上病变者采用人造血管有较好的效果 ,而膝关节以下病人不宜采用人造血管。

Objective To investigate the treatment of atherosclerotic ischemia of lower extremities.Methods The data of 31 cases of atherosclerotic ischemia of lower extremities were summarized.Among them,24 cases got anatomical bypass,and 7 cases got extraanatomic bypass.Results After operation,symptoms like pain of lower extremities disappear or was not so severe,ulcers at the extremities were cured.There were 4 patients resulting in amputation 2 to 3 months after operation.Conclusion To get the best treatment effect,grafts used for above-knee bypass can be artificial vessels but those for below-knee bypass must be autogenous vessels.
