226例广州市正常28～40周胎儿各径线的超声测量及比值

Ultrasonic Measurements of Dimensions and Ratio of 28～40 Week Normal Fetal in Guangzhou

用B型超声对226例正常28～40周胎儿的双顶径(BPD)、头围(HC)、腹围(AC)、股骨长径(FL)的超声测量及比值的分析,取得了各孕周胎儿的各种参数,并作了各种参数与孕周的相关和回归计算结果,表明了BPD、HC、AC、FL与孕用呈高度正相关(r=0.934～0.976),FL/AC与孕周无明显相关(r=0.085),HC/AC与孕周呈低度相关(r=0.286),FL/BPD与孕周呈正相关(r=0.716)。

Between 1988～1989, we measured 28～40 week fetal BPD, HC, AC, FLand the ratio of FL/BPD, FL/AC, HC/AC in 226 cases of normal pregnant women by B-mode ultrasound. Some parameters of every pregnant week in 28～40th week were acquired. It was showed that BPD, HC, AC, FL were apparentlycorrelated positively (r=0.934-0.976), HC/AC was correlated in low degree (r=0.286)., FL/AC was not apparently correlated to corresponding pregnant week (r=0.085). Most of the results were essentially corresponding to those gained by scholar at home and abroad.
