摘要
多片钢板弹簧是重型商用车非独立悬架中力学性能比较复杂的弹性元件,兼起导向和减震的作用。采用动力学分析软件ADAMS中板簧工具箱建立多片钢板弹簧三维模型,得到钢板弹簧刚度曲线,对比理论设计值,验证所建立板簧模型的正确性。在钢板弹簧模型的基础上,建立钢板弹簧悬架仿真试验台模型,进行双轮同向和反向跳动悬架性能仿真试验,得到悬架的刚度性能曲线,为钢板弹簧悬架的优化设计提供参考。
The multi-piece leaf spring is an elastic component with complex mechanical properties in non-independent suspension of heavy commercial vehicles and plays the role of orientation and damping. The leaf spring toolkit in ADAMS is used to create a three-dimensional model of multi-piece leaf spring, and then the stiffness curve of the leaf spring is got. By comparing the theoretical design value, the correctness of the leaf spring model is verified. On this basis, the suspension model to do the simulation of parallel wheel analysis and oppositel wheel analysis is established, then the suspension stiffness performance curve is generated to provide a reference for the optimization design of the leaf spring suspension.
