摘要
结合某运输车车架的设计过程,利用Solidworks软件建立了车架的三维实体模型,基于Ansys workbench软件进行了有限元分析,分析校核了车架在作业过程中的刚度和强度,为该运输车车架结构的进一步设计优化提供了重要依据。
During the design process of camion frame, the three-dimensional solid models of the frame are established by the Solidworks software. Based on Ansys Workbench, the finite element analysis of camion frame has been done. The strength and rigidity of camion frame are analyzed and checked. Important foundation for the optimizing design and structure improvement of the frame is provided.
