摘要
自然吸气的发动机进气压力是负压,所以进气歧管的动态效应对进气量的影响较大,进气歧管长度优化的原理主要是利用进气压力波的动态效应增加发动机的进气量,从而使发动机的各项性能达到最佳,本文主要研究进气歧管支管长度对进气量的影响,通过理论计算确定各转速下最优的进气歧管的结构尺寸,并通过试验验证确定最优的设计方案。
The intake pressure of naturally aspirated engine is negative, thus the intake air amount is greatly influenced by the dynamic effects of intake manifold. The optimization of intake manifold runner length is to make most use of dynamic effect of intake pressure wave to increase the intake air mass, so that the performance of the engine is significantly improved. In this paper, the influence of intake runner length on the intake amount is mainly studied, the optimal structure size at different speeds is determined through theoretical calculation. Finally they were validated by test results.
