摘要
以某国产汽车动力总成悬置系统为研究对象,建立了该车动力总成悬置系统的力学及数学模型,应用ADAMS系统动力学软件,以能量解耦及振动传递率最低为目标函数,以悬置元件的刚度参数作为设计变量,对悬置系统进行了优化设计。仿真结果表明系统隔振性能得到明显改善。
In this paper, based on a vehicle of a company, the powertrain mounting system model of the vehicle is established. Taking the energy decoupling and the vibration transmission rate of the powertrain mounting system as the optimizing goal, the stiffness parameters of the mounting components as design variables, the mounting system is optimized. The results show that vibration isolation performance is obviously improved.
