摘要
本文介绍了国际上近些年来所用的六种主要微孔过滤方法,并结合每种方法对应的商品化仪器,在考虑到膜孔堵塞信息重要性的情况下,分别对其原理、装置、滤膜、变形性表达等方面的特点和不足进行了比较,比较发现,恒定的压差、竖直放置的金属镍膜、采用平均过孔时间(或相对过孔阻力)及堵孔红细胞比例两个参数表达变形性的不同方面,对红细胞变形性的测定和表达比较合适。
Six major micropore filtration methods used intermationally these years are introduced with their typical commercial filtrometers. Taking into account the pore-clogging phenomenon, an fundamental factor embodying important information on the RBC deformability during filtration, their principles, devices, filters, the expression of deformability are compared and discussed in detail. After those com-parisons, it is found that constant driving pressure, Nickel filters fixed vertically, along with parameters (average transit time or relative reranist resistance and the proportion of pore-clogging cells)which reflect different aspects of deformability , are suitable to assess and express the RBC deformability in micropore filtration tests.
