摘要
建立了大型农用车防抱死系统(ABS)的数学模型,建立了基于Stateflow的有限状态机模型作为控制模块,利用混合建模方法建立了基于Matlab/Simulink和Stateflow的仿真模型,实现了带防抱死制动系统(ABS)的车辆动力学模型的计算机仿真。仿真结果表明,该系统能比较真实地反映ABS系统的实际工作过程,控制策略能显著缩短制动距离,提高制动安全性。该仿真方法参数宜于调整,控制方法接近实际,可以作为车辆防抱死系统实际开发工具或者用作实验室演示教学。
The mathematical model of auto anti-lock braking system (ABS) is established, the definite state machine Stateflow model based on Stateflow for the ABS electronic control unit is built, a modeling method based on Maflab/Simulink and Stateflow is presented, and the hybrid model of ABS by Simulink is simulated. The simulation results showed that this hybrid system can be relatively true to reflect the practical work process of ABS; the control strategy could shorten the braking distance significantly and improve the safety. The parameters of this simulation were easy to adjust, the control method approached to the reality and could be used as development tools of ABS or illustrations of teaching in laboratory.
