摘要
车身刚度是汽车的重要力学性能之一。利用三维设计软件中建立了白车身的几何三维模型,采用CAE分析软件建立白车身有限元模型,用有限元理论分析静态工况下承载式轿车白车身的刚度特性,通过对其弯曲、扭转刚度的分析,研究车身结构不同部位的受力特性,验证理论建模分析的合理性和可靠性,为结构设计和满足轻量化要求提供必要的依据和支撑。
Body stiffness is one of the important mechanical properties of the car. The geometry of three-dimensional model of the body-in-white is established using three-dimensional design software, the finite element model of the body-in-white is es- tablished with CAE analysis software, the theory of finite element is used to analyze the stiffness characteristics of the body-in- white-sedan at the static conditions. By analysis to its bending and torsional stiffness, the stress characteristics of the different parts of the body structure are researched, the reasonability and reliability of theoretical modeling analysis are verified.
