摘要
目的:探讨血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、孕酮(P)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、CA125联合检测在异位妊娠早期诊断中的价值。方法:对确诊为异位妊娠患者(宫外孕组)80例和85例正常宫内孕妇女(对照组)在治疗前利用化学发光法测定血清β-HCG、孕酮、甲胎蛋白、CA125的水平。结果:异位妊娠组血清HCG、P水平显著低于正常宫内孕组,CA125水平低于正常宫内孕组,甲胎蛋白水平高于正常宫内孕组。结论:血清HCG、孕酮、甲胎蛋白和CA125联合检测可为异位妊娠早期诊断提供鉴别指标。
Objective：The values of human chorionic gonadotropin （HCG）, progesterone （P）, alpha ietoprotein （AFP）, and CA125 in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy are discussed. Methods： 80 cases definitely diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy and 85 cases with normal pregnancy are analyzed, and these cases are divided into ectopic pregnancy group and normal pregnancy group. Before treatment, β-HCG, P, AFP and CA125 levels of cases were tested with chemical luminescence method. Results： β-HCG and P of ectopic pregnancy group were significantly lower than those of normal pregnancy group; CA12s of eetopic pregnancy group was lower than that of normal pregnancy group; AFP of ectopic pregnancy group was higher than that of normal pregnancy group. Conclusion：The combined tests on β-HCG, P, AFP and CA125 in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy can provide identification indexes for clinical diagnosis.
