摘要 目的:建立一种康复新液中有效成份KFX-4的测定方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定康复新液中的有效成份KFX-4。康复新液中的KFX-4经过固相萃取富集后,用Waters symmetry C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(20∶80)为流动相,经二极管阵列检测器检测。结果:KFX-4的回收率为101.0%。在浓度0.618~92.2μg.mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系。结论:采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法能有效测定康复新液中有效成分KFX-4的含量。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the active substance KFX-4 in Kangfuxin solution. Methods:The method involves the use of solid-phase extraction followed hy HPLC. The Waters symmetry C18 (4.6min × 150mm, 5um) is used as analytical column with the diode array detector, the mobile phase is methanol-water (20 : 80). Results: The recovery of KFX-4 in Kangfuxin solution were 101.0 %, The linearity was in the range of 0. 618- 92.2ug · mL-1. Conclusion: This paper provides a sensitive and accurate method suitable for determinating KFX-4 in Kangfuxin solution by solid phase extraction-HPLC method.
