实验恒河猴血液流变学指标测定

DETECTION OF HEMORHEOLOGICAL ADTA OF LIBORATORY RHESUS MONKEY

对７６只健康恒河猴全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞比积及纤维蛋白原 等血液流变学指标进行测定，并比较不同性别、不同年龄组间的差异。结果表明：恒 河猴血浆粘度、红细胞比积略高于人正常值，其余指标均在人的正常值范围内，雌、 雄间无差异，但全血粘度和红细胞比积有随着年龄增大而逐渐递增的趋势。老年组全血粘度升高较青少年组明显（ｐ＜０．０５）。

Some hemorrheological data were detected to 76 healthy rhesus monkeys by N6Y atuomatic washing viscosimeter. The differences were compared betiween sexes and among age groups. The result showed that hemorheological data of rhesus monkey is in the range of human dta except plasma viscosity and hematocrit which are higher than humans data. all values had difference between male and female, but blood viscosity and hematocrit increased with age blood viscosity in elder group was hegher than in juvenile group obviously (p < 0.05).
