中西医结合治疗肺心病125例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Integrative Medicine Treated 125 Patients with Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的:探讨分析中西医结合治疗肺心病的临床治疗效果。方法:将125例肺心病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者均给予系统的西医治疗,治疗组患者加用中医治疗,比较分析两组的临床治疗情况和临床指标改善情况。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组患者显效率和总有效率明显升高,血气分析指标和血液流变学指标明显改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肺心病疗效确切,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective:To probe into the clinical effect of integrative medicine treated 125 patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods:125 patients with pulmonary heart disease in our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.All the patients were treated with western medicine treatment system.The patients in treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Compared and analysis the clinical situation and clinical indicators to improve situation of the two groups.Results:Compared with control group,the patients in treatment group efficiency and total efficiency were higher significantly,inefficiency decreased significantly,blood gas analysis and blood rheology indicators improved significantly,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrative medicine has efficacy for pulmonary heart disease,it's worthy for promotion and application.
