中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia Clinical Curative Effect

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选取110例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,治疗组(n=55)采用中西医结合治疗,对照组(n=55)采用单纯西医治疗,观察两组治疗结果。结果:治疗组痊愈32例,好转21例,无效1例,总有效率为96.36%;对照组痊愈20例,好转28例,无效7例,总有效率为87.27%。治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：Discussion combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical curative effect. Methods： 110 outpatients of functional dyspepsia patients as the object of study, were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （ n=55 ） with combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment, the control group （ n=55 ） using the pure western medicine treatment, observation of treatment results in two groups. Results：the treatment group： 32 cases were cured, 21 cases improved, 1 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 96.36~. Control group： 20 cases were cured, 28 cases improved, 7 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 87.27% . The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group, the comparison of （X2= 6.55, P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of functional dyspepsia with good clinical curative effect, is worth the clinical promoted application.
