针刺配合穴位注射防治术后呕吐疗效观察

The Efficacy of the Acupuncture and Acupoint Injection in preventing Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting

目的:观察针刺配合穴位注射治疗术后呕吐的临床疗效。方法:选择60例腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产手术患者,将其随机分为两组,即对照组(A组)和治疗组(B组)各30例。两组患者都给予硬膜外镇痛治疗,治疗组采用两侧合谷电针及维生素B6 50mg注射于两侧足三里穴,观察两组患者的恶心、呕吐发生率。结果:对照组患者恶心17例(56.7%)、呕吐11例(36.7%),治疗组患者出现恶心8例(26.7%)、呕吐4例(13.3%),治疗组术后恶心、呕吐的发生率明显比对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合穴位注射治疗术后呕吐疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with acupoint injection in the treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting（PONV）. Methods： 60 cases of cesarean delivery patients under epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups（n = 30） ：Group A and Group B. Epidural catheters were inserted at L3-5 of all patients, and patients in Group 13 treated with electric needles on both sides of the acupoint of Hegu and injection （Vitamin B6 50mg）on both sides the acupoint of Zusanli, All patients were recorded the incidence of PONV. Results：Compared with patients in Group A（nausea in 17 cases, 56.7 % and vomiting 11 cases, 36.7% ）, the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in Group B was significantly reduced （nausea in 8 cases, 26.7 % and vomiting in 4 cases, 13.3 % ）, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture with Acupoint Injection can reduce the incidence of PONV in patients under epidural analgesia.
