经肠镜治疗大肠息肉临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect in the Endoscopic Treatment for Colorectal Polyps

目的:观察经肠镜治疗大肠息肉的临床疗效。方法:将大肠息肉患者75例随机分为两组,均在麻醉状态下经肠镜切除。对照组采用套扎术治疗,观察组采用高频电摘除术治疗。术后随访半年,比较两组患者手术成功率、术中出血量、复发率的差异。结果:两组患者均成功切除息肉,成功率为100%。观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。术后随访期间,观察组复发率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用肠镜下高频电摘除术治疗大肠息肉近远期疗效均较好,值得推广应用。

Objective：Observe the curative effect of treatment of colorectal polyps by colonoscopy, for future clinical work refer- ence. Methods：Choose 75 cases from Oct. 2009 to Sep. 2011 in our hospital, randomly divided into 2 groups, given anesthesia colonoscopic resection. Control group used ligation treatment, observation group was treated with high--frequency electric resection treatment. Postoperative follow-up for hal.f a year, compared two groups with operation success rate, the amount of bleeding in operation, recurrence rate difference. Results：2 groups were successfully resected polyps, the success rate is 100%. Observation on bleeding volume in operation was less than that in control group, there is significant difference （P〈0.05）. The postoperative follow --up period, observation group recurrence rate is significantly lower than control group, there is significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Endoscopic electrosurgical excision in the treatment of colorectal polyps in short and long term effects were good, it is worthy of application.
