摘要
观察了３０例糖尿病慢性并发症的血流变改变，并与２０例健康对照 组比较。结果表明全血、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉及Ｋ值均比对照组显著升高 （Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜．０．０１），红细胞聚集指数，血小板聚集率与对照组相比同样有非常显著的改变（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。
This paper observed hemorheological Changce of 30 diabetes patients compared with 20 healthy paopre. The rseults showed that blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte, sedimentation rate and K value were increased significantly in diabetes patients compared with those of the healthy (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) .The erythrocyte aggregation indexes and platelet aggregation indexes and platelet aggregation rate also rose obviously.
