摘要
目的:提高药事管理学的教学质量。方法:以全面质量管理中PDCA循环的方法对药事管理教学各过程进行质量提高。结果:计划阶段,根据毕业生工作需要,确定药事管理主要教学内容、学生基础素质和职业能力培养方向。结论:执行阶段,通过校外实习基地、案例教学法和课堂知识竞赛,使学生掌握的知识和能力与未来的工作对接,有针对性地对学生进行培养。再通过测验、学生自我评价和用人单位反馈了解药事管理教学中需要改进提高的部分,积极处理,使教学质量循环上升。
Objective:To improve the quality of teaching of Pharmacy Administration. Methods:Using the PDCA cycle of total quality management to improve the quality of Pharmacy Administration teaching. Results:In the planning stage, according to the needs the employer to determine the main teaching content, students ability and training direction. Conclusion: Through the practice base, case teaching methods and classroom knowledge contest, so that students master the knowledge and ability need in future work. Through the quiz, the students self-evaluation and the feedhaek of employer, find out which part of the Pharmacy Administration teaching needs to be improved and improve the part actively, so that the quality of teaching cycle rise.
