肾母细胞瘤和神经母细胞瘤中NM23蛋白表达的研究

Expression of NM23 Protein in Nephroblostoma and Neuroblostoma

目的研究NM23基因与儿童恶性肿瘤分期、分化及转移的关系，为肿瘤的预后判断提供依据。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测18例肾母细胞瘤和11例神经母细胞瘤中NM23－H1蛋白的表达情况。结果18例肾母细胞瘤中，NM23H1蛋白阳性者11例，阳性率61．1％，I、II期及无转移组明显高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期及转移组，而与预后结构型无关。11例神经母细胞瘤中，NM23－H1蛋白阳性者6例，阳性宰54．5％，无转移组显著高于转移组，而与分期无关。结论在肾母细胞瘤和神经母细胞瘤中NM23－H1蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤转移抑制正相关，与肾母细胞瘤分期负相关；NM23可以作为判定肾母细胞瘤和神经母细胞瘤预后的一项指标；联合检测NM23－H1和P53蛋白，对于判断肿瘤分化及预后更有意义。

Objective Our experiment was designed to study the relationship between the NM23 gene and the stage, differatiation and metastasis of malignant tumor in childhood. So we can afford bases for tumor's diagnosis and prognosis.Methods We used immunohistochemical technique to detect the expression of NM23 -H1 protein in 18 patients with Nephroblastoma and II patients with Neuroblastoma. Results NM23-H1 protein was positive in 11 cases of 18 patiens with Nephroblastoma. The positive rate was 61.1%. The positive rate of stage I, II and nonmetastatic group was higher than that of stage III,IV and metastatic group. It has no relationship with their prognosis histology NM23-H1 protein was positive in 6 cases of 11 patients with Neuroblasoma, the rate being 54.5%. The more seriously they metastaxized, the lower the positive rate was And the positive cases had no relationship with the states Conclustion positive expression of NM23-H1 protein in Nephroblan toma and Neuroblastoma is related to tumor metastatic suppression and it is negatively related to tumor stage in Nephroblas toma NM23 protein can be ragarded as a criterion in Nephroblastoma and Neuroblastoma's prognosis; Co-detection of P53 protein and NM23-H1 protein has poater significance in the judgment of tumor's differentiation and prognosis
