摘要 目的探讨大肠癌mdrl基因与肿瘤生物学行为的关系及mdrl基因表达分级标准制定的临床意义。方法采用RTPCR方法检测了65例大肠腺癌患者肿瘤组织中mdrl基因表达水平并进行程度分级。结果mdrl基因表达水平与大胸腺癌分化程度相关,但与肿瘤侵袭程度、淋巴结转移程度及远处转移与否无关。结论用mdrl/β2-MG可较准确表示肿瘤标本中mdrl的相对含量:mdrl的表达水平与肿瘤恶性程度有关,而与其发展过程无关。mdrl基因表过程度的分级对大肠癌患者个体化化疗有指导意义。 Objedtive To explore the relationship between multidrug resistance of colorectal carcinoma and its biologic be havior and to evaluate the siedcance of drawing out the degree'e standard of mdrl gene expession. Methods The expression of mdrl gene was measured in 65 colorectal careinoma samples with RT-PCR. Results The level of mdrl gene expression in colorectal careinoma appeared correlating with the degree of histological differentiation, but no with the primary tumours, the regional lymph nodes and the distant metastasis. Conclusion Measuring the expression of mdrl gene in colorectal carcinoma may individualize the chemotherapy protocol for the patient.
