硫酸沙丁胺醇脉冲片的制备及体外释放度研究

Study on preparation and release in vitro of salbutamol impulse tablet

目的 制备抗哮喘药硫酸沙丁胺醇 (salbutamol;albuterol)脉冲片 ,并对其释药机制进行探讨。方法 两步压片法压制脉冲片 ,荧光分析法测定脉冲片体外释放度值。结果 按优化后配方压制的脉冲片在体外能够控制在 (2 2 6± 12 )min时间范围内定时释放。结论 本脉冲片达到设计要求 。

OBJECTIVE To prepare the salbutamol impulse tablet,and to discuss its releasing mechanism.METHODS The impulse tablets were prepared by two steps.The release degree of salbutamol impulse tablet was determined by fluorescence analytical method in vitro .RESULTS The release of impulse tablets lasted (226±12) min in vitro ,approaching the aim of 210 mins for patients compliance.CONCLUSION The study about impulse tablet here achieved the goal of design.
