Synthesis of ipriflavone

目的 研究伊普黄酮的化学合成路线。方法 从基本的化工原料间苯二酚开始 ,经 3步合成此化合物 ,即间苯二酚楞琪反应 ,异丙基化和闭环。结果 得到的样品经1H NMR波谱分析 ,证明是伊普黄酮。

OBJECTIVE To study the synthesis of ipriflavone.METHODS The synthetic route consisted of three steps starting from resorcinol.They were Nencki reaction of resorcinol,mono isopropylation and ring closing reaction.RESULTS The synthetic product was proved to be ipriflavone by 1H NMR.CONCLUSION This synthetic route is practical.
