摘要
目的:建立樟木中主要成分黄樟醚二醇的含量测定方法。方法:采用C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相乙腈-水(14∶86),检测波长282 nm,柱温30℃。结果:该成分在进样量1.014~5.07μg与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.0%,1.89%(n=6)。结论:该方法测定樟木中主要成分黄樟醚二醇的含量,方便、准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,可适用于樟木药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of safrolglycol in Cinnamomum camphora. Method: Using HPLC with Hypersil ODS column, CH3CN-H2O (14:86) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 282 nm. Result : The linearity of the calibration curve was evaluated over the amount range of 1. 014-5.07 μg for safrolglycol, and good linearity with correlation coefficient (r) of 0, 999 9 was obtained. The recovery and RSD were 99.0% and 1.89% (n =6) respectively. Conclusion: This method is rapid, simple and accurate, thus may be used for the quality control of C. camphora.
