摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定乐脉片中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法:采用Waters SymmetryShield RP18色谱柱(3.9 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-甲醇-1.7%甲酸水溶液(4∶27∶69),检测波长286 nm。结果:丹酚酸B在0.20~2.5μg成良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.2%(n=6,RSD 2.0%)。结论:方法简便、快速准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为乐脉片中丹酚酸B的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of salvianolic acid B in Lemai tablets by HPLC. Method: A Waters SymmetryShield RP18 column (3.9 mm× 150 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-methnol-1.7% formic acid (4: 27: 69) at the detection wavelength of 286 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.20-2.5 μg (r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 100.2% ( n = 6, RSD 2.0% ). Conclusion : The method is convenient, quick, accurate and suitable for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Lemai tablets.
