泽泻丹明饮对高脂血症大鼠血脂、脂联素水平的影响 被引量:9

Influence of Zexie Danming Drink on Serum Lipids and Adiponectin in Rats with Hyperlipidemia

摘要 目的:观察泽泻丹明饮对高脂血症大鼠血脂、脂联素水平的影响。方法:以高脂饮食喂养14 d建立高脂血症大鼠模型。分别以泽泻丹明饮高剂量生药(4.0 g.kg-1)、中剂量(2.0 g.kg-1)、低剂量(1.0 g.kg-1)及血脂康(20 mg.kg-1)进行干预,共21 d。监测血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)和脂联素(ADP)水平,并在光镜下观察大鼠肝脏病理变化。结果:泽泻丹明饮高剂量组与模型组比较,TC,TG显著降低(P<0.01),LDL-C明显降低(P<0.05),HDL-C有升高趋势,血清ADP水平显著升高(P<0.01)。中剂量组与模型组比较血清ADP水平明显升高。结论:泽泻丹明饮中、高剂量组可调节血脂、脂联素水平,具有良好的改善血脂紊乱作用。 Objective: To observe the influence of Zexie Danming Drink (ZDD) on serum lipids and adiponectin in hyperlipidemic rats. Method : A high-fat diet was fed 14 d to establish rat model of hyperlipidemia. Rats in different groups were given drugs accordingly for 21 days: ZDD high dose (4.0 g ·kg^-1 ) , medium dose (2.0 g ·kg^-1), low dose (1.0 g ·kg^-1) and Xuezhikang (20 mg ·kg^-1). Serum triglycerides (TG), cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), and adiponeetin factors (ADP) and liver pathological changes were determined and observed. Result: Compared with model group, TC and TG in ZDD high dose group were significantly lowered (P 〈 0.01 ) , LDL-C decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05) , serum ADP level increased significantly 1 (P 〈 0.01 ) and with a trend of elevation in HDL-C,. Compared with model group, in the middle dose group serum ADP levelwas significantly increased. Conclusion : ZDD of high dose or medium dose can regulate blood lipids and adiponectin levels, with good improvement for dyslipidemia.
