青潍日城镇组团一体化发展模式的思路与对策研究——基于山东半岛蓝色经济区建设的视角

A Study of Integrated Development Model of Town Groups in Qingdao-Weifang-Rizhao Based on the Construction of Blue Economic Zone in the Shandong Peninsula

城镇组团式发展是地区经济集聚发展的产物,也是区域经济集中化的内在要求。文章通过对山东半岛蓝色经济区拟培育的青岛-潍坊-日照城镇组团一体化发展模式的现状分析,探讨了该组团一体化合作发展的背景、战略定位与战略选择,探讨了如何突破瓶颈、实现优势互补,设计了该组团一体化合作发展的路径模式,制定了进一步发展壮大青潍日城镇组团经济实力的基本思路和对策。

Integrated development mode of town groups is the feature of regional economic development,and also the inherent requirement for regional economic centralization.This paper analyzes the present situation of three town groups in Qingdao,Weifang and Rizhao located in the blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula,points out the bottlenecks and advantages of the three town groups,and discusses how to cope with the bottlenecks and make the use of the advantages.
