摘要
山东省在大力发展俄罗斯入境游方面取得了较为显著的成绩,但俄语导游人力资源匮乏及综合素质低下等问题也日益突出。在2012-2013年中俄两国互办"旅游年"之际,对山东省俄语导游人力资源开发及建设缓慢症结的分析,以及对山东省高等俄语教育的反思表明,山东省旅游管理部门、高等院校及企业的相互配合和共同努力,是解决山东省俄语导游人才队伍质与量的问题,保证人才与市场良性循环的关键所在。
Great achievements have been accomplished in the vigorous development of the Russian inbound tourism in Shandong Province,but the deficiency and low quality of Russian tour guide human resources have become increasingly prominent.In the analysis of the problems in development and construction of Russian tour guide human resources the authors conclude that joint efforts made by tourism management departments,institutions of higher learning and enterprises are the key to improving the quality and quantity of Russian tour guide personnel so as to ensure the virtuous cycle of development in tourist talents and market.
