冶金过程立式活套带钢张力的建模及仿真软件 被引量:7

摘要 在冶金工业中,带钢张力是影响机组运行速度和带钢质量的关键变量。活套是工业过程中的重要设备,因此,活套带钢张力的建模及控制得到了广泛的研究。活套主要包括卧式和立式活套,现有的活套带钢张力模型多是针对卧式活套建立的,而立式活套的带钢张力模型未见详细报道。为了更好的掌握立式活套带钢张力的各种特性,根据立式活套的结构以及带钢张力的特点,采用机理建模的方法,建立了立式活套的带钢张力数学模型,在此基础上,分析了活套带钢张力的控制算法,开发了带钢张力闭环控制仿真软件,利用该仿真软件,可以修改张力控制器和张力模型的各种参数,进行不同仿真。仿真结果表明,所建立的带钢张力模型及仿真软件能够准确地反映带钢张力的稳态和动态特性。 In the metallurgy process, strip tension in an important variable can affect the operation speed of the production line and the strip quality. Looper is important equipment in the metallurgy process. Modeling and control of the strip tension in the looper have abstracted more and more attention and research. There are two types of the loopers including the horizontal and vertical loopers. The existing strip tension models of the looper are aiming to the horizontal looper. Modelling of the strip tension of the vertical looper has not been researched in detail. Based on the structure of the vertical looper and the dynamical characteristics of the strip tension, a new tension model of the vertical looper was presented in this paper. The control method of the strip tension was also proposed. The closed - loop simulation software was developed, which can carry out several simulation experiments by the adjustment of the controller parameters and model parameters. Simulation experiments were implemented to illustrate the efficiency of the tension model and simulation software.
