高效液相色谱法测定利咽口服液中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of baicalin in LiYan Oral Liquid by HPLC

建立利咽口服液中黄芩苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法 :用Nova pakC18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 磷酸 (4 0∶6 0∶0 .2 ) ,在 2 80nm波长处检测。结果 :线性范围为 0 .813～ 4.0 6 5 μg。黄芩苷的加样回收率为98.6 % ,RSD为 2 .4% (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便、快速 ,精密度和稳定性良好 ,适合于利咽口服液生产的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in LiYan Oral Liquid.METHODS:An Nova-pak C 18 column was used,the mobile phase was methanol-water-phoshporic acid(40∶60∶ 0.2),detection wavelength was 280 nm.RESULTS:The detection ranges were 0.813～ 4.065 μg.The average recovery of baicalin was 98.6%(RSD= 2.4%,n=5).CONCLUSIONS:This HPLC method could be used for quality control in the production of LiYan Oral Liquid.
