稀土复合氧化物催化一步合成环己基苯基甲酮 被引量:1

One-step Synthesis of Cyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone Catalyzed by Rare Earth Compound Oxide

摘要 在固定床反应器中,以环己基甲酸和苯甲酸为原料,稀土复合氧化物为催化剂,气固相一步反应合成了环己基苯基甲酮,该催化剂由多种晶相组成,适宜的反应条件为:反应温度440℃,环己基甲酸、苯甲酸与水的摩尔比1.1:1:5,液体空速1.5 h-1,此条件下可使得环己基甲酸转化率达90.1%,环己基苯基甲酮选择性为69.6%。 Cyclohexyl phenyl ketone was prepared by gas solid phase one-step synthesis of cyclohexanecarboxylic acid and benzoic acid through fixed bed reactor using rare earth compound oxide catalyst,and the catalyst was composed of various crystal phases.The optimal reaction conditions: reaction temperature was 440 ℃,molar ratio of cyclohexanecarboxylic acid,benzoic acid and water was 1.1:1:5,liquid space velocity was 1.5 h-1,the conversion of cyclohexanecarboxylic acid reached to 90.1%,the selectivity of cyclohexyl phenyl ketone was 69.6% under these conditions.
