摘要
为研究不同水平饲料镉对罗非鱼肝胰脏抗氧化能力的影响。将300尾罗非鱼随机分为饲料镉添加水平为0、50、100、200、400mg/kg的5个处理,每个处理4个重复。养殖8周后,测定肝胰脏有关抗氧化能力指标。结果表明:随镉水平升高,罗非鱼肝胰脏MDA水平升高,200mg/kg添加水平组开始显著高于对照组(P<0.05);T-AOC水平逐渐降低,50mg/kg时即可显著降低(P<0.05);CAT和SOD活性均先升高后下降,其活性分别在镉添加水平为50、200mg/kg时最高,并显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。表明饲料中添加不同水平镉对罗非鱼肝胰脏抗氧化指标造成不同影响,饲料中添加50mg/kg镉即可显著降低罗非鱼肝胰脏总抗氧化能力,CAT活性最高;添加200mg/kg镉可显著提高罗非鱼肝胰脏MDA含量,SOD活性最高。
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of dietary Cd on the antioxidant capacity of hepatopancreas of tilapia.300 fish were divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates in each group,and were exposed to dietary Cd at concentrations of 0,50,100,200,400 mg/kg for 8 weeks respectively.The results showed that with the increase of the level of dietary Cd,the content of MDA in hepatapancreas was increased,and the content of MDA in 200 and 400 mg/kg Cd group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05);the level of T-AOC was decreased with the increase of the level of dietary Cd,and the level of T-AOC in 50 mg/kg Cd group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05).With the increase of the level of dietary Cd,the activities of CAT and SOD were firstly increased and then decreased,and the highest values were presented in 50 and 200 mg/kg respectively.The results indicated that different levels of dietary Cd had different effects on the antioxidant indices in hepatopancreas of tilapia.Cd in the level of 50 mg/kg in diet of tilapia hepatopancreas could result in the significantly increased T-AOC level and the highest activity of CAT,while the significantly increased content of MDA and the highest activity of SOD in tilapia hepatopancreas was occurred when the level of Cd reached to 200 mg/kg in diet.
