胆肠吻合术460例的远期效果分析

An analysis on long-term results of chole enterostomy: experience from 460 cases

目的 探讨胆、胰良性疾病行胆肠吻合术的远期效果。方法 行胆肠吻合术 46 0例次(其中胆总管十二指肠吻合术 199例次 ,胆管空肠吻合术 2 6 1例次 ) ,术后效果随访 398例 ,随访时间为1～ 2 6年 ,随访率为 90 87%。结果 随访效果属优、良者占 90 96 %。结论 根据病情选择加合理采用胆肠吻合术 ,可获得满意的远期疗效。

Objective To investigate the long term results of chole enterostomy in treatment of benign diseases of biliary tract and pancreas. Methods A total of 398 out of 460 cases (among them choledochoduodenostomy was performed in 199 cases and cholangiojejunostomy in 261 cases) had been followed up for 1 to 26 years. The rate of follow up was 90.87%. Results In 90 96% of the postoperative patients excellent or good long term results were achieved. Conclusion Reasonable application of chole enterostomy according to individual conditions can promise a satisfactory long term result.
