食管癌患者术前生存质量及其影响因素分析

Analysis of preoperative life quality and influencing factors of esophageal carcinoma patients

目的分析食管癌患者术前生存质量,探讨影响食管癌患者术前生存质量的因素。方法选取合肥市6家三甲医院住院且手术的食管癌患者205例,采用一般情况问卷、欧洲癌症研究和治疗组织研制的癌症患者生存质量调查表EORTC QLQ-C30进行问卷调查。结果患者术前生存质量各功能领域中,躯体功能得分最高;在患者的年龄、职业、经济状况、文化程度、配偶健康状况等指标上,总体生存质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者术前躯体功能较好,情绪功能、社会功能、角色功能相对较差;高龄、低收入、低文化、配偶健康状况差的患者生存质量相对较差,医护人员应重视对该类患者的护理干预,以提高其生存质量。

Objective To describe the preoperative quality of life of patients with esophageal carcinoma,and to study the factors affecting that of esophageal carcinoma patients.Methods General Condition Questionnaire and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire（EORTC QLQ-C30 V3.0） were observed and evaluated in 205 esophageal carcinoma patients who were treated in 6 hospitals of level A in Hefei.Results Somatic Function scored the highest marks in each functional area of the preoperative quality of life of esophageal carcinoma patients;there was statistical significance（P〈0.05） in overall quality of life in the respects of the patient＇s age,occupation,financial condition,educational condition,and their companion＇s state of health.Conclusion Esophageal carcinoma patients are with better somatic function and relatively poor emotional function,social function and role function;the quality of life of esophageal carcinoma patients with old age,low income,low educational level and bad health state of companion is relatively poor;doctors and nurses should pay more attention to the nursing intervention in these patients to improve their quality of life.
