摘要
分析了电力电子器件实时仿真的必要性和面临的难点,建立了电力电子器件开关暂态通用模型,以该模型为基础设计了基于SOPC技术的电力电子器件实时仿真系统,并在FPGA平台上实现了器件的开关特性实时仿真。利用该系统对MOSFET管进行了仿真测试,并在Matlab中将仿真结果和实验结果进行对比分析,证明了系统的正确性。该系统充分利用了器件厂商提供的器件参数和波形曲线,具有较强的实用价值。
The necessity and difficulty of real - time simulation of power electronic devices were analyzed, and an uni-versal switching model was deduced. A real - time simulation system of power electronic devices was designed based on this model, and it was achieved through SOPC technology. The simulation test of a MOSFET was done, the result was compared with the experimental result,which proved the correctness of this system. The system takes full advan-tage of parameters and waveform curve provided by the device manufacturers.
