降脂方结合罗格列酮片治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床观察

Clinical observation of "Jiangzhi Decoction" and Rosiglitazone Tablet in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver

目的观察降脂方结合罗格列酮片治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将90例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例;对照组仅给予饮食调理,观察组加服降脂方结合罗格列酮片,疗程均为3个月。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为68.9%、33.3%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TBIL、AST和ALT均显著下降(P<0.05),而对照组各指标无明显改善(P>0.05);且观察组各指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降脂方结合罗格列酮片治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Jiangzhi Decoction＂ and Rosiglitazone Tablet in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods Ninety subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 45 cases were treated by dietary therapy and observation group in which 45 cases were treated with ＂Jiangzhi Decoction＂ and Rosiglitazone Tablet besides dietary therapy,with a course of three months.Results The overall effective rate was 68.9% in the observation group and 33.3% in the control group（P0.05）.After treatment,the contents of TBIL,AST and ALT were decreased in the observation group（P0.05）,and they were not decreased in the control group（P0.05）;they were lower in the observation group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Jiangzhi Decoction＂ and Rosiglitazone Tablet is quite effective in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
