摘要
目的观察柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将76例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各38例;治疗组给予柴胡桂枝汤加味,对照组予莫沙必利片,疗程均为4周。观察两组临床疗效和胃排空率变化。结果治疗组总有效率为92.11%,高于对照组的76.32%(P<0.05);治疗后两组胃排空率均有提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组胃排空率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Chaihu Guizhi Decoction" in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods Seventy-six subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 38 cases were treated with "Chaihu Guizhi Decoction" and control group in which 38 cases were treated with Mosapride Citrate Tablets,with a course of four weeks.The clinical efficacy and gastric emptying rate were observed.Results The overall effective rate was 92.11% in the treatment group and 76.32% in the control group(P0.05);after treatment,the gastric emptying rates were increased in both groups(P0.05,P0.01),with higher rate in the treatment group than in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion "Chaihu Guizhi Decoction" is quite effective for functional dyspepsia.
