益气托毒消痈方治疗胃癌前病变临床观察

Clinical observation of "Yiqi Tuodu Xiaoyong Decoction" in treating gastric precancerous lesions

目的观察益气托毒消痈方治疗胃癌前病变的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的胃癌前病变患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组给予益气托毒消痈方,对照组给予胃复春片;两组疗程均为3个月,观察两组临床疗效、症状积分及病理积分。结果治疗组和对照组综合疗效总有效率分别为80.0%,63.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组临床症状积分、病理积分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论益气托毒消痈方能提高胃癌前病变的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yiqi Tuodu Xiaoyong Decoction＂ in the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions.Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with ＂Yiqi Tuodu Xiaoyong Decoction＂ and control group in which 30 cases were treated with ＂Weifuchun Tablets＂,with a course of three months.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and pathological score were observed.Results The total effective rate was 80.0% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（P0.05）;after treatment,clinical symptoms score and pathological score were improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion ＂Yiqi Tuodu Xiaoyong Decoction＂ is quite effective for gastric precancerous lesions.
