顾氏喉科验方碧雪散局部外敷治疗复发性口腔溃疡58例

Treatment of 58 cases of recurrent oral ulcer with topical application of "Bixue Powder"

目的观察顾氏喉科祖传验方碧雪散治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将115例患者随机分为碧雪散组(58例)和锡类散组(57例),分别予碧雪散、锡类散局部外敷;两组均治疗28天,观察临床疗效及中医症状体征分级量化评分变化。结果碧雪散组、锡类散组总有效率分别为98.2%、86.0%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后组内比较,中医症状体征积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,中医症状体征积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顾氏喉科祖传验方碧雪散局部外敷可有效用于复发性口腔溃疡的临床治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Bixue Powder＂ in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods Total 115 cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 58 cases were treated with topical application of ＂Bixue Powder＂ and control group in which 57 cases were treated with topical application of ＂Xilei Powder＂,with a course of 28 days.The clinical efficacy and the symptom scale were observed.Results The overall effective rate was 98.2% in the treatment group and 86.0% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（P0.05）.After treatment,the symptom scores were reduced in both groups（P0.05）,with striking differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Bixue Powder＂ is quite effective for recurrent oral ulcer.
