摘要
设计一种基于STC单片机的数字示波器,系统采用程控放大电路、AD高速转换电路、FIFO存储器模块、数据处理与控制模块以及TFT彩屏显示模块实现数字示波器的基本功能,并可通过点击触摸屏实现对垂直灵敏度和水平扫描速度的调节;采用320×240的TFT彩屏显示波形,为用户提供友好界面。该系统具有体积小、质量轻、便于携带、适应范围广等优点,经测试该系统性能优良。
The paper designs a digital oscilloscope based on STC microcontroller.The system uses a programmable amplifier,the AD high-speed conversion circuit,the FIFO memory module,data processing and control modules,and TFT color display module to achieve the basic functions of the digital oscilloscope.The system can adjust the vertical sensitivity and horizontal scanning speed by clicking on the touch screen,display waveforms on the TFT and offer friendly and interactive interface.The system has advantages of small size,light weight,easy to carry,and wide applications.The digital oscilloscope has been tested with excellent performance.
