摘要 药品安全是重大的民生与公共安全问题。就射频技术设计并实现一种基于RFID的药品流通监管系统。该系统包括药品配送中心、数据库管理和信息查询回馈平台三部分。根据药品流通中所起作用作为系统设计目标,阐述了该系统总体体系结构及关键数据库设计,系统已在该市药品流通监管部门设计实施,并取得了显著的流通监管效果。 Pharmaceutical safety is the significant people' s livelihood and public safety issue. In this paper, we design a pharmaceutical circulation regulatory system which is based on radio frequency identification (RFID). The system consists of three partS : the pharmaceutical distribution centre, the database management and the information inquiry platform. The system design takes the functions of medicaments circulation as goal, according to it, we expound the overall architecture of the system as well as key database design. This system has been designed and implemented by the Municipal Regulatory of Pharmaceuticals Circulation Agency and has achieved noticeable effect in circulation surveillance.
