摘要
随着各钢铁企业提升对汽车板用户差异化服务方针的实施,为实现整体供应链的综合成本最低,需要提高相应的库存管理能力。为此,充分考虑到共用零部件的特殊性,从对安全系数的优化选择入手,同时兼顾整体的规模优势与个体灵活性,提出一套新的汽车共用零部件安全库存综合优化方法,可根据各车型中该零件占共用件总量的比例对基础安全系数进行合理选择。相关技术已被现场所采用,实现在保证库存安全前提下最大程度地降低安全库存量,有效地减少了库存管理方面的支出,为企业带来较大经济效益,具有进一步推广的价值。
To achieve lowest comprehensive cost of the integrated supply-chain, steel enterprises need to improve related inventory management abilities along with the implementation of differentiated service policy improvement to automobile sheet users. Therefore, we present a set of integrated optimisation methods for car' s general parts safety inventory, which gives full consideration to the particularity of the general parts, proceeds from the optimised selection of safety factor, and also takes into account the scale advantages of integrated entity and the flexibility of individuals. The method can rationally select the basic safety coefficient according to the proportion of the specific part used in cars of different types to the total amount of general parts. Related technology has been adopted on-site, and it achieves the reduction of safety inventory to the maximum extent in precondition of ensuring the inventory secure, this effectively cuts down the cost in inventory management and brings about preferable large economic benefits for enterprise, therefore is worth further promotion.
