摘要
对固体废弃物的成分及性能进行分析和研究,设计加入粘土制备绿色环保型透水材料。研究表明:当糖滤泥、粉煤灰、粘土、废陶瓷、污泥、废玻璃质量百分含量分别为20%、20%、35%、10%、10%、5%时,最佳烧成温度1100℃下保温0.5h,得到以莫来石、方石英和钙长石为主晶相,最佳吸水率为22.43%,孔隙率为46.50%,密度为1.420g/cm3,抗折强度为21.45MPa,孔径尺寸为2μm^20μm的透水材料。
The composition and characteristics of solid waste were investigated for preparing water-permeable brick with addition of clay. The results are as follows: from the formula with 20% sugar mud, 20% fly ash, 35% clay, 10% waste ceramics, 10% city sludge and 5% glass, the sample sintered at the optimal temperature of 1100℃ and held for 30min had the water absorption of 22.43%, the porosity of 46.50%, the density of 1.420 g/cm3 and the bending strength of 21.45MPa.
