摘要
目的:寻找神经、肌肉电生理和腓肠神经病理在急性和慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性周围神经病(GBS和CIDP)的诊断价值。方法:总结GBS和CIDP(l5例和17例)的临床、电生理及病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果:EMG异常而神经电生理正常共8例;临床和电生理均未提示感觉异常的患者病理发现髓鞘和轴突的丧失、髓鞘再生及许旺细胞内结构改变。结论:腓肠神经活检及神经、肌电生理的测定是本组疾病相辅相成的辅助检查手段。
Aim: To evaluate the diagnostic significance of EMG in the demyelinating polyneuropathy. Methods: The clinical, electrophysiological and pathological data of 32 patients (AIDP 15 and CIDP 17) were analyzed. Results: Significantly higher abnormalities of the sensory and motor nerves were detected in the CIDP and the AIDP group respectively by the electrophysiological examination. Both demyelination and remyelination of the sural nerves were detected in light and electrical microscopy accompanied by degeneration of the axons in four patients without clinical and electrophysiological abnormalities. Conclusion: EMG could give support to the diagnosis of peripheral polyneuropathy, esp. in the patients with no obvious NCV abnormality.
