摘要 企业IT能力形成及与竞争优势之间的关系是一个动态变化过程,其关系具有复杂性。以复杂适应系统理论为基础,应用多主体建模与仿真方法,建立了基于swarm的企业IT能力与竞争优势关系多主体仿真模型,设计了相应的仿真参数,并对仿真结果进行了分析。 The formation of enterprise information technology （IT） capabilities and the relationship between IT capability and competitive advantage is a dynamic process, with complexity. This paper, based on complex adaptive system theory, using the method of multi-agent modeling and simulation, established the multi-agent simulation model of the relationship between enterprise IT capabilities and competi- tive advantage based on Swarm. and then designed interaction rules of agent and simulation parameters, finally the simulation results were analyzed.
