摘要
通过对IGBT器件静态参数测试方法的研究,初步设计了基于LabVIEW图形化程序为控制平台,并采用单片微处理器嵌入式结构的全自动IGBT及快恢复二极管(FRD)静态参数综合测试系统,能够按照不同的要求和模块芯片结构,通过计算机编程来完成测试任务。
According to the research on testing method of IGBT static parameter, an auto testing equipment of IGBT and fast recover diode （FRD） static parameter based on the LabVIEW platform control is designed, which can finish the test by the software according to different requirements and structure of electronic module.
